1. Agreement to Terms

By using Chana Software's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Chana Software provides custom software development services including but not limited to: operations software, booking systems, customer portals, and business websites. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, 50% of the total project cost is due upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom software developed for their project. Chana Software retains the right to use general techniques and knowledge gained during the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chana Software's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
